We continue with the registration process of a Energy Efficiency Certificate (CEE) in the electronic headquarters of the Junta de Andalucía in order to obtain both the label and proof of said registration to be able to carry out our professional work.
We remember that for the building's energy efficiency certificate to have legal validity, it must be duly registered.

2. Building energy data
After having reviewed the first of the four tabs (building/part of building identification data) necessary to complete to obtain said record, we continue with the following:
Module 4. Data of the competent technician signing the CEE certificate.
In this section we will fill in our data as competent technicians: Name, qualifications, professional address, etc.
But what is meant by a competent technician?
You will be considered a competent technician, as established in the Royal Decree 390/2021, the technician who is in possession of any of the academic and professional qualifications qualifying for the drafting of any of the building projects or for the management of works and direction of execution of building works, as established in the Law 38/1999, of November 5, on Building Planning, or for the subscription of energy efficiency certificates.
Likewise, technicians who are in possession of a university degree that is authorized to practice the regulated professions described in this section are considered competent, by virtue of the provisions of article 12.9 of the Royal Decree 1393/2007, of October 29, which establishes the organization of official university education.
Module 5. Validity of the registration (CEE).
Module of special importance, since even when loading the XML file (the date of the certificate is the one that we have completed in the program), this data is not filled in automatically. We must take into account that, depending on the letter obtained, the CEE will be valid for 5 or 10 years.
Module 6. Energy regulations for certified application EEC.
It is another of the most relevant sections of the certification procedure because, as has already been mentioned, the date of construction of the building will determine which energy regulations apply to the certificate.
Module 7. Option chosen to obtain the energy efficiency rating.
It basically consists of selecting the recognized document (program) with which the XML file was created, as well as its version.
Module 8. Energy characteristics of the building.
This module is fed almost entirely by the information loaded through the XML file that we have previously created. We will only have to pay attention in the DHW thermal installations section, the type of main equipment and in the electrical installations section what total installed power exists.
It will be useful for us to have the last electricity bill that the client may have for their home.
3. Energy rating/recommendations for improvement
This tab will also be completed automatically and in its entirety when loading the XML file, with special attention to module 12 on recommendations for improving energy efficiency, since we must anticipate at least two energy improvements when completing our Energy Efficiency Certificate, when This provision must be complied with in existing buildings.
4. Registration/signature application
In the final tab we will complete the information and provide the necessary documentation for each case in which we find ourselves (annex of authorization to the competent technician to register the CEE on behalf of the client, responsible declaration of the competent technician, as well as files generated through recognized documents or programs, etc.)
Once this tab is completed, another intermediate tab will open where we can review all the information that we have uploaded to the web application to generate the registration document. If we find any error, we can click on the return button and correct the error.
If we have carried out the information dump correctly and we do not see any errors in the registration document, finally, we must digitally sign said registration and the website will provide us with proof of the same, as well as the energy label of the building or part of it that we have registered.
