The first 100: HR 2.0

The 100 is the cryptic title of a novel that gave its name to a well-known series that is in its seventh season and that comes to represent a post-apocalyptic world where a new civilization must be started from scratch. 

In my opinion, now that we have crossed the magic barrier of 100 promising young people training in our HR Master with specialties in digital skills (DigComp) and intrapreneurship detection (EntreComp), it is clear that marketing people should give us a more marketinian naming.

These 100 young people arrive at the best possible time to help companies in their permanent work of reinventing themselves and not falling into obsolescence. Do not deny me that if you have management positions you are curious to know what this can do. Dream Team of pioneers in HR. I give you the list:

  • Help the evaluation of your company's digital divide, you have it and you know it.
  • Channel those who want to do things better in your company from the freshness of innovation, something that you have been thinking about for a while and if you don't do it they will leave you to the competition.
  • Seduce talent that is taking the cool ones in the sector.
  • Reduce costs and processes that they are killing your treasury.
  • Enlarge from inside markets and catalog to diversify an increasingly complicated sector.
  • Illusion and systematize digital and entrepreneurial talent in the culture and heritage of your company.

This is the “base equipment” of the first 100. Furthermore, throughout the master's degree they are standing out for their teamwork and competition to be the best version of themselves, but from the healthy competition of wanting to take on the world as only those who have blind faith in themselves can do. And they have the knowledge to make the new future of #RRHH true.
