The community manager collects, right now, figures that in the past had many names and aspects; public relations, brand image, ambassador….

  • It is important that it is a person proactive and reactive, who is always alert to possible crises that may arise and who is interested in current events and social news. 

All these features will be of no use if that community manager is not a person adaptable, you must know how to modulate your way of communicating since the image of the brand will largely depend on it. It is not in vain that the community manager is the most “visible” person of a brand and the first contact with it for its clients. A great responsibility for which you must be well prepared.
