- Definition of advertising exclusion systems (Robinson List) for both interested parties and data controllers.
- Definition, characteristics and competencies of the new ADVERTISING JURY, mediation system to expedite the resolution of complaints regarding advertising promoted by the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) and AUTOCONTROL

In this EIP Talks we will see the new regulations that come into force regarding making commercial calls and the obligations that data controllers must take into account in order to sell and offer their products and services. Likewise, we will see two instruments that interested parties have to reinforce their privacy: Robinson List and the Advertising Jury, all of this together with the possibility of exercising their right to object to data.
