Description of EIP Talks:
The Data Protection Officer, even in cases where it is not mandatory, can be very useful in those entities that use solutions based on Artificial Intelligence and that process personal data, or that develop AI solutions that make use of personal data to the training of the models.
The DPD becomes a key element to be able to manage risk and effectively apply proactive responsibility mechanisms.
Goals:
• Convey that the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons, particularly in relation to the protection of personal data, plays a very important factor in solutions that use Artificial Intelligence.
• Convey that the DPD is a key element to guarantee compliance and risk management for the rights and freedoms of the interested parties.
