Features of the new invoice
In this new electricity bill we find three different periods: point, plain and valley. This is time discrimination for all consumers.
- The Valley schedule, covers from midnight to 8:00 a.m. and will be the cheapest time slot.
- The point schedule It will be the most expensive time slot and will be from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- The plain, will occupy the remaining daily time slots, that is, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and its price will be medium.
They can be hired two different powers: one for the peak period and another for the valley and flat period, depending on the needs you have.

Objective of this new invoice
This new bill based on these three periods seeks to ensure that electricity consumption move from the most in-demand hours at times when transportation and distribution networks are less saturated. This benefits these sectors since the need for new investments in said infrastructure is minimized.
The intention is to raise consumer awareness on your consumption, so that it is moved to less popular hours and in this way your electricity bill is not altered.
Taking all of the above into account, the importance of energy efficiency labels In the electrical appliances we have at home it is more important. For example, A+++ air conditioners, which are the most efficient and can consume up to 40% less than a class A one.
