ATTRACT THE BEST TALENT: HOW TO WRITE A GOOD JOB OFFER

We need to launch a new job offer to incorporate a new member into our company but... what sections should that offer have? What information should I indicate?,…, With this article we will give you the basic keys to writing a good job offer.

The time has come to start writing our job offer. Which means that we are already clear about the job description to be filled, right? Surely yes, remember that before starting to write the job offer we will have to be clear about the requirements, functions, training, capabilities, etc. of the position so that the information we give in it is correct and leads us to attract the best possible candidates and avoid spending excessive hours reading CVs that do not fit what we are looking for. We must obtain an effective, but also efficient job offer.

Now let's start with our offer. The first thing we need to know is what is the aim of a “Job Offer” to know the reason for its content. Well, the objective is none other than “obtain an optimal number of candidates that allows us to finally select the best professional to fill the position”, hence the importance of making a good job offer.

In my opinion, YES it must be reported, for a simple reason, why would we want to receive CVs from candidates who in the end are not going to stay with us because the salary we offer is not what they are looking for? It is not necessary to enter the exact amount, but a interval, “between 20,000-24,000” for example, or we can also put “According to Agreement” and I would even indicate the agreement that applies in the company.
