THE LARGEST CURRENT PROJECT IN EUROPE IS SPANISH
The project MADRID NEW NORTH came to amaze Europe. This colossus that will be built in the Spanish capital is currently in its design and urbanization stage. The land for the development of this project extends along an elongated strip 5.6 km long and up to 1 km wide, which crosses the north of Madrid, the total covering a useful area of 2,357,433 m2.
The main concept of this project is to create a harmony between lands for public uses (76,56%) and lucrative uses (23,44%). It will consist of homes, offices, commercial premises, public facilities and green areas, connected with an efficient public transport system, breaking the "dormitory city" schemes.
GREEN AREAS AND EQUIPMENTS
The project will have about 400,000 m2 of green areas that will complement the network of already existing parks, converging on the so-called CENTRAL PARK, a 13-hectare space that will be created on the covering of the Chamartín roads. This new GREEN AXIS It will serve as a connection between the new and the existing, creating a large area of inclusion for the new owners, without neglecting the current owners of surrounding areas who will benefit from being part of this extensive area.
HOUSEHOLDS
The 20% of the homes will have public protection, some 10,500 homes will be built that will cover the residential needs of the north of Madrid. These new homes will be built in compliance with the current protocols imposed by the European Union in terms of energy efficiency and quality in their construction processes, which will give life to this project, along with offices, equipment and shops.
BUSSINESS CENTER
The avant-garde construction of the BUSINESS CENTER will compete on an international scale and will create an interesting offer of high-quality offices, responding to the criteria currently demanded by large corporations, attracting foreign investments and positioning Madrid as a flagship city for investment and progress. It is estimated that the project will generate 130,000 jobs.
A GLANCE INTO THE FUTURE OF MADRID WITH MADRID NUEVO NORTE
To position this project on a global scale, three new skyline towers will be built that will be the attractions; these structures, as well as the green areas, are still in the design stage so they are not defined.
Madrid currently has a skyline that is the city's presentation letter to the world. Once this project is completed, it will have new towers that will give the Spanish capital a more developed and avant-garde profile.
