Answers to the most common questions about job interviews

One thing is clear and that is that the job market has been moving very quickly in recent months. The unemployment rate has increased considerably, But little by little we see that new opportunities arrive and we must be prepared for the most feared moment: The job interview.

1. Is it advisable to prepare it? 

If by preparing it you are thinking of studying a speech and releasing it to the interviewer, the answer is no. However, we do recommend that the days before, take a look at the corporate page of the company, so as not to go in blind, and assess whether the type of company a priori can fit with what you are looking for.

3. Should we talk about salary in the first interview?

However, it is true that sometimes the position can change during the process, or it is still not clear what type of profile the company needs as a priority, so depending on the interested candidates, the salary could also change.

4. Do you have to wear a suit?

To answer this question, it is best that, as we have commented above, do a previous research work to know the type of company.

There are some in which it is necessary to wear a suit or certain clothing, since they have a dress code. However, in the others, adapt according to each one of them. 

5. Will they take the one with the most experience?

Negative. And if not, ask the senior talent. If they have called you to do the interview, they have seen something in you that they think can fit into the position, so have confidence in yourself and Go for it!
