Southern European countries are poorly prepared for the implementation of EECN, according to a UPV/EHU study

A study by the ENEDI (Energy in Building) research group of the UPV/EHUconcludes that most southern European countries are poorly prepared for the implementation of almost zero-energy buildings, and especially for the challenge of modernizing existing buildings, and proposes improvements for the development of future buildings.
