Requirements
- Architect, Technical Architect, Civil or Industrial Engineer.
- Maximum of 3 years of professional experience and minimum 1 year of experience in Facilities BIM projects.
- Regulated BIM training but with demonstrable experience in Facilities.
- Solvency in other CAD platforms such as Rhinoceros.
- Programming knowledge. Dynamo, Revit API or Grasshopper.
- Mastery of Autodesk Revit MEP.
- English and/or French spoken and written B2+.
- Good oral communication skills
- Total predisposition to learn and make mistakes. Interest in programming

Requirements
- University studies – Technical Architect Degree.
- Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to do a wide variety of tasks.
- Portfolio that demonstrates, in addition to technical details, a sophisticated design sensibility.
- Sheet sets: High level in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- 3D Modeling and Rendering: Revit with Enscape.
- Experience on site is a plus.
- Familiarity with reading urban regulations, CTE and licensing processes is a plus.
- Currently living in Madrid and availability to start as soon as possible.
- Communication skills in Spanish. Knowing English is a plus.
