Rehabilitation is one of the great pillars that support the Housing Plan 2018-2021, through the inclusion of three specific programs: urban renewal, energy savings and accessibility. According to the latest data from the Ministry of Public Works, the sector is making a comeback: the increase at the end of August was greater than 13%, and could have reached a turnover of 4,000 million euros in 2017.
