The exam is taken online on the computer through a link that takes you to the SAP Certification Hub.

How much time do I have to do it?

180 minutes.

What is the exam format like?

The exam is multiple choice.

How many questions do you have?

80 multiple choice questions.

How is it approved?

You must have at least 59% of the correct questions.

How do I receive my exam score?

You will be notified of your score on screen immediately after completing your exam. The on-screen message will show your score and whether you passed the exam. Additionally, your results are tracked in the Certification Center and displayed accordingly on your Exam Dashboard.

How long do I have to take the exam?

6 months after completion of training. Since certification is linked to hiring by Minsait, we recommend that it be done at most one month after completing the training.

In what language is the exam taken?

In Spanish and English.

Who will be my exam supervisor and in what language will we communicate?

The supervisor will be the one assigned by SAP at that time. Communication will be in English.

What should I do if I fail the exam?

If you fail an exam, you can schedule another attempt. Do not reschedule the same request; Create a new appointment for the additional attempt.

Your subscription has a limited number of attempts, so you can only schedule another appointment if there are attempts left in your subscription. Additionally, you can only attempt a given exam 3 times. If you have not passed the exam after 3 attempts, you will not be allowed to reschedule until a new version is released.

How many attempts do I have to pass the exam?

With the SAP S/4 HANA Finance Certification you will have 2 opportunities to pass the exam.

If I fail the two opportunities I have to take the exam, what happens?

You would have a third opportunity after paying €200 + VAT for exam fee costs.

Can I reschedule an exam appointment?

Yes, you can reschedule an exam appointment before its start date and time. There is no penalty for rescheduling, and a rescheduled appointment does not count as an attempt.

Can I cancel a test appointment?

Yes, it is possible to cancel an exam appointment before the appointment begins. You can do this from the Exam Appointments area Next Appointments section in the Certification Center. Use the trash icon to cancel an appointment. The appointment will appear in the Previous Appointments section of this page with the status "Deleted." You will not lose a cancellation attempt.

When is an exam attempt considered used and therefore deducted from my subscription?

One attempt will be deducted each time you successfully submit an exam.

A try NO will be deducted in these circumstances:
– The supervisor has to finish your exam.
– The proctor has to pause your exam and it cannot be resumed.
– You lose internet connectivity mid-exam and cannot reconnect in time to resume the exam.
– If an error or technical problems prevent you from completing the exam.

In the event of any technical issue preventing you from completing your exam, your proctor will advise you to schedule a new attempt at a later time, after the issue has been resolved. If the exam was terminated by the proctor, then you will need to create a new appointment. Do not attempt to reschedule the appointment associated with the finished result.
