I have completed five years in Mainjobs Group and in the summer I will complete two years as a teacher at the EIP although my collaboration with this part of the company's business began even earlier. Because the reality is that it doesn't work. With a million more unemployed due to the pandemic, half the country shivering and hundreds of thousands of businesses becoming obsolete overnight, we need a batch of productive magic in all the functional areas of the companies they find. the magic formulas to turn the new reality into reality.
This reflection struck me when a student from the HR master's degree asked me if we would teach him techniques to detect lies in job interviews and I answered that how can you read someone's body language if they have a mask on or through a mask? webcam. We have been through Covid for more than 10 months and hundreds, if not thousands, of selection processes have been carried out remotely, so, on the fly, they are already being created new formulas that require minds:
- Resilient
- Creative
- Strategic
- Digital
- Freaks
Yes, freaks, weird even altered to apply the necessary lateral thinking of the Covid era, not post-Covid.
Maybe the answer to the question is that Harvard needs to change a little to be more Hogwarts and teach "magic."
