The importance of reputation in the finance professional

Human and professional relationships are based on trust.

Professionals are hired for our experience, for our training, but there is something additional that is our professional reputation. That intangible of immense value that we forge day by day, not only with personal actions, but also professional ones and that can be ruined by a bad action.

Reputation usually seeks the opinion of customers about a company, what opinion leaders say about it, what its workers value, what the press comments on and what is said about it in its different interest groups. If we apply this to the career of any executive, and much more than one who works in the financial area, we should always ask ourselves What do those who have been involved in his work think of him?.
