The Seventh BIM report on tenders is now available

The es.BIM Observatory was created in May 2017 with the objective of analyzing the inclusion of BIM requirements in public bidding documents.
This Seventh Report includes the analyzed results of a total of 517 public tenders that include some BIM requirement among its specifications and have been published in the period from the beginning of 2017 to the first half of 2019, which represents a total accumulated investment of 1,532.7 million euros.
 
This would be the annual breakdown of the number and investments in public tenders with some BIM requirement.
 
Year 2017: 106 Tenders | 265.6 million Euros
Year 2018: 216 Tenders | 424.8 million Euros
First semester 2019: 195 Tenders | 843.3 million Euros
