ENROLLMENT CONDITIONS FOR RECRUITMENT OF POSTGRADUATE TRAINING AT THE INTERNATIONAL POSTGRADUATE SCHOOL, entity Mainjobs Internacional Educativa y Tecnológica SAU
PAYMENT METHOD AND COLLECTION DATES:
This price may be paid in a single payment or divided into installments that must be paid by direct debit at a bank. Direct debit fees will be collected between the 1st and 10th of each month.
Returned receipts will be paid via bank card within five days of the return, applying an additional charge for the bank charges generated. The return of a fee will result in the cancellation of the direct debit, changing the collection of monthly payments to payment by bank card on a monthly basis. The repeated return of the direct debit monthly payments agreed upon according to registration will be immediately subject to judicial proceedings.
If the participant withdraws, he or she is in no case exempt from paying the full postgraduate fee and will have the right to resume it within a maximum period of 12 months in future editions of the program.
EIPosgrados undertakes to provide the student with paid internships with a minimum duration of three months, to apply their skills, within the territorial scope of the province indicated by the student at the time of hiring or, failing that, , in the province of residence of the student within a maximum period of 3 months after passing the training and requesting to start by the interested person. If after this period, the student has not obtained these internships, EIP undertakes to fully refund the investment made by the student.
The student may request the start of the internship up to six months after completion of the master's degree, this right declining after that date. To access internships it will be necessary to be available to do them, be up to date with payments and prove the necessary sufficiency of skills of the training program.
Any controversy that arises between the parties as a result of this contract will preferably be submitted to mediation through a registered Mediation Institution, or to the Courts and Tribunals of Malaga.
These general conditions will apply in the absence of those reflected in the enrollment contract signed by the student at the time of contracting the service.
