The subject aims for the student to acquire the necessary skills to calculate and process the different contributory benefits which workers can access during their employment relationship with the company. To this end, the subject is structured into four large areas:
- Protective action: contributory benefits that workers can access during the employment relationship.
- Benefits that workers can access after the termination of the employment relationship.
- The management of workers' rights. vacations, strikes and paid leave and Social Security benefits.
- Self-employed worker benefits.

Mr. Miguel will contribute all your experience and knowledge to facilitate students' acquisition of the following specific competencies:
- Manage and calculate the benefit or subsidy for Temporary disability of a worker.
- Calculate the delegated payment of disability.
- Communicate the cancellation, confirmation and registration report for common and professional contingencies of a Temporary Disability through the RED System.
- Process and request a benefit for risk during pregnancy.
- Manage motherhood and paternity of workers through RED System.
