CHRONO EXCAPE. A fun way to evaluate Competencies

At the beginning of the 20th century, a famous thief was arrested by the police when he was about to steal the treasure from the vault of the Bank of Spain. In his statement he made a disturbing confession: He has been able to circumvent all security measures and has hidden a device that will explode 60 minutes after someone enters the safe deposit box.

A police bomb squad is preparing to locate the explosive, which is in one of the safe deposit boxes, but they will have to hurry up the time since the timer has started counting down. Will they be able to overcome the challenge? Otherwise everything will fly into the air.

CHRONO EXHAUST It's more than a game. In its development, the main Competent Areas, as well as all team roles. The exciting tension that is generated will reveal the strengths and possible weaknesses of each of the participants.

After observing the game, and the subsequent analysis of the Team Building, the coaches specialized in people management will be able to value all the Competencies to enhance, as well as those that may hinder the achievement of the team's objective.

All the necessary elements are given to be able to carry out the preparation of the Competency Profile of the participants. Therefore, those elements that will cause subsequent growth and professional development to occur are identified:

  • Intrapersonal Area
  • Interpersonal Area
  • Task Development Area
  • Management Area
  • Etc,…

We are talking about a tool Evaluation by Competencies, through which you can obtain valid and reliable information that will help you limit the margin of error in people management processes such as: Personnel Selection processes, Potential Identification processes, development of Career Plans, Etc,…

The activity is broken down into three phases, resulting in the preparation of a Competency Report for each of the participants that will be delivered to the company, where a series of structured recommendations will also be collected towards the implementation of continuous improvement processes:

  • Phase I: Initial Diagnosis
  • Phase II: Activity (Chrono Escape)
  • Phase III: Preparation of an Individual Technical Report for each of the Participants
