Analysis of the ICT Salary Guide 2026 by The Adecco Group.

Most in-demand profiles and how to train to access them

Digital transformation is no longer a trend: it's the new language of the job market. And if there's one thing that defines 2026, it's that Companies will hire less for volume and more for impact, looking for specialized, hybrid profiles with the ability to contribute real value from day one.

In this context, in EIP International Business School We are pleased that one of our star collaborators, The Adecco Group, has published his new ICT Salary Guide 2026, a key document that analyzes the evolution of the technology sector in Spain, the trends that will mark the year and the profiles with the highest employability.

And the best part: The conclusions are fully aligned with our training programs. in areas such as Human Resources, Cybersecurity and ERP/CRM (SAP and enterprise environments).

The ICT market is growing… but with a more selective approach

According to The Adecco Group, the ICT sector closed 2025 with sustained growth, but in a stage of "normalization": less hiring is done for fashion and more for strategic necessity.

The report highlights that ICT employment increased with 28,850 new memberships, going from 612,427 in December 2024 to 641,277 in December 2025, which represents an approximate growth of 4.5% year-on-year. In addition, nearly 222,000 technology job openings in 2025.

This information is crucial: The market continues to grow, but companies are looking for increasingly qualified talent.

The Adecco Group points out that demand is not focused solely on technical profiles, but on professionals capable of understanding both business and technology: the sought-after hybrid profile that all companies are pursuing, aligned with the growth of upskilling and reskilling strategies, where companies are investing to help their teams evolve into higher value-added roles. And this is where an undeniable reality comes into play: Employability in 2026 will depend directly on your ability to adapt and train..

Adecco's guide dedicates entire chapters to the sectors that will dominate technology hiring. And in all of them, we find a direct connection to our training areas:

  1. Cybersecurity: an absolute priority for businesses
  2. ERP and CRM: the technological heart of companies (and the ideal terrain for SAP)
  3. Infrastructure, Cloud and DevOps: the rise of Platform Engineering
  4. Human Resources: the key role of talent in the age of AI.

The fact that a leading company like The Adecco Group not only publishes this analysis, but also actively participates in our ecosystem as a star collaborator, reinforces our commitment to what matters most: training geared towards the labor market.
