In this EIP-Talks, We will explain the need for regulation of AI cases that could negatively impact people's fundamental rights, as well as the controversies generated in this regard by various companies and institutions that fail to see this need beyond the application of ethics. This will allow us to expand our knowledge of the need for ethics and regulation surrounding Artificial Intelligence, explaining the fundamentals of European regulation on AI, AI ACT, and its implications.
