Ewaste welcomes our student Laura Gisela Ochoa for professional internships. The higher university program in international biomass project management, taught jointly by the Rey Juan Carlos University and Mainfor, has served as a bridge for our student to develop her knowledge as a chemical engineer at the Ewaste facilities.
This industrial plant, specialized in the treatment of electrical and electronic waste, has in use a cogeneration energy use system that is fed by biogas produced in a nearby landfill. The energy recovery of the biomass resource allows the production of both thermal and electrical energy that can be used in the plant facilities.
We wish Laura that her internship at the company is beneficial and that she has a great professional future working in the sector.
