The function of Compliance is responsible for ensuring that the organization carries out its activity based on integrity and complying with the regulations that apply to it, among other issues. However, when dealing with compliance with obligations, organizations are aware that not only should the focus be placed on those obligations derived from legal requirements, but also must take into account those principles and values voluntarily assumed (Codes of good practices, Code of Ethics or Conduct, Internal policies...).
