Master of Human Resources HR: People Management, Talent Development and Labor Management

I have not yet finished the Master's degree but I can say that I am pleasantly surprised with the seriousness, good teaching staff and how interesting the content seems to me. At first I had doubts because it is a school without much fame compared to other business schools and it is also its own degree, but as soon as I saw the contents I knew that it was the master's degree I wanted to do since it would differentiate me from the rest of the students who only learn HR Management. It never hurts to learn and I wanted to add extra value to my CV by adding knowledge of Workplace Management. Furthermore, in my opinion, for everything it offers, I think it has a very affordable price compared to other master's degrees on the market. They offer webinars twice a week, which you can watch live which makes participation easier, or if you don't (because for example you work) you can watch them later since they are saved. For me this is a plus since when carrying out the activities if you have doubts you can view the class again. The teachers and administrative team are always at your disposal via telephone and WhatsApp group (they create a group with all the teachers and students of the edition). It is a totally practical master's degree. They adapt to you in case you work and do internships and cannot keep up with it. You don't learn by memorizing and throwing up everything you know on a sheet of paper, you learn with practice just as if you were in a department working. Regarding the internships they offer (voluntary), after two months, my tutor began the search for companies that were looking for interns and after an interview, I am doing my paid internship and I am learning a lot in a good company. For me, the only negative aspect is that it is not an official qualification and that to obtain the diploma issued by the UEMC at the end of the master's degree you have to pay about €200 (if you do not want this degree, they only give you the EIP qualification).
