Webinar: Nethunting: looking for talent in the digital age

Were you unable to attend the last webinar on Nethunting: looking for talent in the digital age? Don't worry, in this post you will find a summary of the most relevant aspects that were discussed. Additionally, access the full video of the webinar (click on the image) so you can watch it again and enjoy the professionalism and experience of our speaker.

Celia Hil, psychologist and personal brand consultant, explained to us how a selector, recruiter or headhunter can become a nethunter to attract talent on social networks (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram).

Cèlia left us with some interesting insights, such as the following: “The “war” for talent is a reality. Large companies struggle to fill some positions. Through nethunting, we can capture passive talent that doesn't apply to our job postings or submit self-applications. Some professionals view a nethunter as a type of HR professional dedicated to recruiting, but I understand it more as a cross-functional skill that every recruiting professional should know to complement their talent acquisition strategy.”

Furthermore, during the webinar we have seen how the recruiter must have profiles and BIOS on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram to generate trust when starting conversations with the candidate. As well as where to find the different profiles with advanced searches, the use of lists, groups, hashtags... to be able to evaluate the candidate's entire Social CV, and some tricks that help us recruit talent.
