More than half of companies have difficulties filling vacancies due to "talent shortage"

The main obstacles when hiring are the lack of experience of the candidates (40%).

56.61% of companies have difficulties filling vacancies due to “the shortage of talent in Spain”, which is 7.5 percentage points more than a year before, according to a report by the consulting firm Adecco and Infoempleo.

As a solution to this lack of talent, the document states that companies are promoting the training of their workers, improving selection processes and placing emphasis on recruitment in educational centers such as universities or vocational training centers.
