Outplacement in Human Resources
Specialized placement activities aimed at the professional reintegration or relocation of workers affected by business restructuring may be carried out directly by public employment service personnel or by placement agencies under the terms set forth in current regulations.
Teleworking or remote work
Teleworking, also known as remote work, refers to the ability for employees to perform their job duties from a location outside the company's environment, typically from home or another location. It offers flexibility in the workplace while maintaining productivity and communication with the employer.
Professional ethics
It refers to the values, principles, and beliefs of an employee related to the job they hold and the organization in which they work, including dedication, responsibility, integrity, reliability, and discipline demonstrated in their professional activities.
