Description of EIP Talks:

In this EIP Talks, with the help of our teacher Consuelo Alonso Alonso, Head of the wind energy engineering and construction unit at Global Power Generation-Naturgy We will be provided with a comprehensive overview of the current landscape of wind energy in offshore environments. The latest trends, developments, and technological advancements in this rapidly growing field will be explored. The seabed anchoring technologies used to support offshore wind turbines will be discussed in detail, examining their features, advantages, and associated challenges.

Key topics related to the economic viability, safety, and mitigation of environmental impacts in the implementation of offshore wind energy projects will also be addressed.
