Did you know the importance of carrying out a Due Diligence? Have you ever thought about the risk that companies entail when interacting with third parties? Third parties that we do not know and who begin to collaborate actively, and sometimes even proactively. These collaborations can bring risks that we must always detect before starting our relationship. That is why in this EIP Talks we will analyze the starting point that any company, regardless of the sector in which it is located, must take as a reference to try to avoid these risks. Furthermore, we will put into practice not only this starting point, but also how to carry out this monitoring once the counterparty is already part of our society.
