What is business valuation? An art or a science?
In this EIP Talks we will work on what the valuation of companies consists of and the main methodologies used with the aim of understanding how carrying out a valuation allows us to approach setting a price, whether for purchase or sale, in a coherent way.
Within the event we will present different examples and particularities of sectors, which help us understand a problem as complex as valuing a company economically.
