On March 1, 2023, Law 3/2023, of February 28, on Employment was published with the aim of transforming the Spanish labor market and creating a new structure with programs integrated within the National Employment System. From this new perspective, public-private collaboration is further consolidated as an attempt is made to incorporate new labor intermediaries that will boost the Spanish labor market.
