Master of Human Resources HR: People Management, Talent Development and Labor Management

Promotion No.:

From my point of view, this Master in HR Management and Labor Management is a revolutionary change in the world of learning. I think that the methodology used with more practice and its point of theory is what is needed today since we leave careers fed up with theoretical concepts that we are not, in most cases, capable of applying, it seems that what has been studied It is intangible and this master's degree gives you a shot at reality, helping you learn what your day-to-day life will be like and in the best way. They make you see what might seem complicated at first glance as something simple since the work of a person in the HR department is not just “pressing a button” to get the payroll, it is one of the most necessary engines for a company to achieve always be at a high point, either by providing innovation and intrapreneurship or by being next to the workers, listening to them to be able to attend to their needs and know how to solve problems. So far, the teachers I have had the pleasure of meeting in this Master's degree are people that I admire because they transmit motivation for their work. We are with people who make you like what you are studying even more and when you work alongside them. With people like that, work is not difficult because you are with people who share this vocation with you. For me it is one of the best decisions I have made since I have chosen the right place to train in what I am passionate about and I would like people who are attracted to the world of HR to learn about this Master because what they are going to learn here and the way in which they are going to learn it, it is not learned anywhere else since the treatment received until now is like that of a friend, a small family.
