{"id":8259,"date":"2020-01-14T17:03:10","date_gmt":"2020-01-14T17:03:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.formacionyempleoenbiomasa.com\/?p=796"},"modified":"2021-02-05T12:45:57","modified_gmt":"2021-02-05T11:45:57","slug":"modification-of-the-cte-code","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eiposgrados.com\/eng\/energy-blog\/modification-of-the-cte-code\/","title":{"rendered":"Modification of the Technical Building Code (CTE)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On December 27, 2019, Royal Decree 732\/2019, of December 20, was published in the BOE, by which <strong>The Technical Building Code is modified<\/strong>, Spanish regulatory framework since 2006, approved by Royal Decree 314\/2006, of March 17.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The entry into force of the Royal Decree occurred the day after the official publication, this is since December 28, 2019 and a voluntary application period of 6 months is established. <strong>being your<\/strong> <strong>mandatory application<\/strong> <strong>in works for which a license is requested as of June 28, 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The entry into force of the Royal Decree occurred the day after the official publication, this is since December 28, 2019 and a voluntary application period of 6 months is established. <strong>being your<\/strong> <strong>mandatory application<\/strong> <strong>in works for which a license is requested as of June 28, 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The changes made can be summarized in the following points:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The basic document<strong> DB-HS \u201cHealthiness\u201d<\/strong> It now has 6 sections, incorporating a new requirement for protection against radon gas. &nbsp;<\/li><li>The most important change is the modification of the <strong>DB-HE \u201cEnergy Saving\u201d<\/strong>, establishing new requirements and expanding the scope of application of each of the sections.
