target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Royal Decree-Law 32\/2021<\/strong><\/a><strong>), <\/strong>, which mainly seeks to end the precariousness of employment, <strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>There have been a series of changes in the labor market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the most relevant aspects of the aforementioned Reform has been the inclusion of new contracting modalities, among which we highlight the <strong>alternation training contract.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What is the alternation training contract?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The alternation training contract will have as its objective<strong> make paid work activity compatible with the corresponding training processes in the field of vocational training<\/strong>, university studies or the Catalog of training specialties of the National Employment System.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What requirements must be met to enter into this type of contract?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For the worker:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Be registered as <strong>job seeker <\/strong>in the SEPE.<\/li><li>Not having an official qualification related to the position to be held.<\/li><li><strong>Age: up to 30 years for Professional Certificates level 1, 2 and catalog of specialties.<\/strong> This <strong>limit does not apply for level 3 certificates and people with recognized disabilities.<\/strong><\/li><li>Not having held that position in the same company for more than 6 months.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For the company:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Designate a person in the company who <strong>tutor the worker.<\/strong><\/li><li>Commits to respect <strong>effective work and training hours.<\/strong><\/li><li>Not have debt with the Treasury or Social Security.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What bonuses does this contract have?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It will be possible to obtain <strong>a reduction of 100% in the Social Security contributions of the hired worker and of 100% in the business contributions to Social Security<\/strong> when the company&#039;s workforce is less than 250 people or <strong>of 75% if the workforce is equal to or greater than 250 workers.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What duration can the alternation training contract have?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The minimum duration will be 3 months and a maximum of 2 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What is the effective working time?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>During the first year of total hours, 65% will be for actual work, and 35% is dedicated to training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the 2nd year, it will be a 85% for work and 15% for training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For all of the above, the alternation training contract is
