Building energy data<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After having reviewed the first of the four tabs (building\/part of building identification data) necessary to complete to obtain said record, we continue with the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-3d9e689c gb-headline-text\" id=\"tecnico\"><strong>Module 4. Data of the competent technician signing the CEE certificate.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In this section we will fill in our data as competent technicians: Name, qualifications, professional address, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But what is meant by a competent technician?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>You will be considered a competent technician, as established in the <a href=\"https:\/\/energia.gob.es\/desarrollo\/EficienciaEnergetica\/CertificacionEnergetica\/Paginas\/RealDecreto-390-2021.aspx?Faq=T%C3%A9cnico%20competente\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Royal Decree 390\/2021<\/a><\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/energia.gob.es\/desarrollo\/EficienciaEnergetica\/CertificacionEnergetica\/Paginas\/RealDecreto-390-2021.aspx?Faq=T%C3%A9cnico%20competente\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>,<\/em><\/a><em> the technician who is in possession of any of the academic and professional qualifications qualifying for the drafting of any of the building projects or for the management of works and direction of execution of building works, as established in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-1999-21567\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Law 38\/1999, of November 5, on Building Planning<\/a>, or for the subscription of energy efficiency certificates. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Likewise, technicians who are in possession of a university degree that is authorized to practice the regulated professions described in this section are considered competent, by virtue of the provisions of article 12.9 of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2007-18770\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Royal Decree 1393\/2007, of October 29<\/a><\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2007-18770\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>,<\/em><\/a><em> which establishes the organization of official university education.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-9fa490b0 gb-headline-text\" id=\"validez\"><strong>Module 5. Validity of the registration (CEE).<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Module of special importance, since even when loading the XML file (the date of the certificate is the one that we have completed in the program), this data is not filled in automatically. Energy characteristics of the building.<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This module is fed almost entirely by the information loaded through the XML file that we have previously created. Registration\/signature application<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the final tab we will complete the information and provide the necessary documentation for each case in which we find ourselves (annex of authorization to the competent technician to register the CEE on behalf of the client, responsible declaration of the competent technician, as well as files generated through recognized documents or programs, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once this tab is completed, another intermediate tab will open where we can review all the information that we have uploaded to the web application to generate the registration document.
