He State official newsletter<\/strong> has published at the end of February the first call for aid for the digitalization of small and medium-sized companies with between ten and 49 employees<\/strong>, who can request bonuses of up to 12,000 euros each.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Program has a budget of 3,067 million euros<\/strong>, and is financed by the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan of Spain Next Generation EU within the framework of the Digital Spain 2025 agenda and the SME Digitalization Plan 2021-2025, and has as objective of digitizing nearly one million SMEs and self-employed workers throughout the national territory<\/strong> of all productive sectors during the next three years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In it Official State Gazette of December 30<\/strong> published the rules that regulate the granting of aid from the Kit Digital program to promote the digitalization of SMEs and the self-employed in Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These bases specify that when the calls are launched, depending on the number of employees, companies will be able to access aid from 12,000 euros, in the case of having between 10 and 49 employees; 6,000 euros, for those with between 9 and 3 employees<\/strong>; and 2,000 euros, for those with less than 3 and no employees.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who are the beneficiaries of the call launched?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Small companies with between ten and less than 50 employees and self-employed people, which must meet the requirements of being up to date with tax and social security obligations, and not exceed the de minimis aid limit, among other requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What technological solutions does the digital kit offer us?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Among the options that we can choose to enhance the digitalization of our company, we can highlight solutions of e-commerce, customer management, Business Intelligence and Analytics, process and cybersecurity management.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regarding the area of Human Resources<\/strong> the most interesting thing is the tools process management<\/strong> that will have functionalities for various areas of the company and also for people management. We could also point out the tools Business Intelligence<\/strong> that can allow the development of structured and visual data panels, with relevant information for decision making. Likewise, companies can choose to virtual office services <\/strong>for efficient team management to develop projects collaboratively and be able to share resources to solve problems. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the application deadline?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

He application period runs from March 15, 2022 to September 15, 2022<\/strong>However, as it is a non-competitive aid, once the budget has been exhausted, the application period can be closed before the set date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aid (digital vouchers) of this Call are considered a direct subsidy and will consist of monetary provisions intended to finance the adoption of one or more digitization solutions <\/strong>of those available in the Catalog of Digitalization Solutions of the Digital Kit Program collected on the Acelera pyme platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Those interested in requesting help must register in the private area from 'www.acelerapyme.es' <\/strong>and complete the self-diagnostic test<\/strong>, consult the digitalization solutions offered by the agents and, later, request help at the electronic headquarters of Red.es<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Red.es sources, it is expected that before the summer the call will arrive for companies with between 6 and 9 employees and in September for the self-employed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
