They could be defined as those whose actions tend to create a bad work environment. Nobody wants to be one of them, but nevertheless it is very easy for some of our actions to be characteristic of this type of employee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If you want to avoid being one of them, keep reading:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It is much easier than we think to contribute to a non-positive work environment. However, starting from the reference of how we would like the <strong>perfect work environment<\/strong> and putting ourselves in the other person&#039;s shoes can make us avoid many actions that are unnecessary. Recommendations for a good work environment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Help the others<\/strong>: If someone asks you for help and you feel like you don&#039;t have time to give it to them, think about if it were you who were asking for it, and how you would feel if they didn&#039;t give it to you.<\/li><li>Do not participate in <em><strong>gossip<\/strong><\/em>: Do not contribute to criticism of others.<\/li><li>Always use the <strong>Magic words<\/strong>: Hello, please, thank you.<\/li><li>Run away from you<strong> <em>sincere<\/em> internal<\/strong>: You may be right, but it is just as important to be right as it is to know how to say things so as not to hurt others.<\/li><li>Put into practice the<strong> <em>feedback<\/em> positive:<\/strong> It will promote motivation among your colleagues.<\/li><li>HE <strong>discreet and honest.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These are just some of the practices that we can all carry out. <strong>polishing our empathy<\/strong>.
