data-offset-key=\"41o0d-0-0\">The es.BIM Observatory was created in May 2017 with the objective of analyzing the inclusion of BIM requirements in public bidding documents.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"9ttog\" data-offset-key=\"68ruo-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"68ruo-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"68ruo-0-0\">This Seventh Report includes the analyzed results of a total of 517 public tenders that include some <\/span>BIM requirement among its specifications and have been published in the period from the beginning of 2017 to the first half of 2019, which represents a total accumulated investment of 1,532.7 million euros.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"9ttog\" data-offset-key=\"bbu50-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"bbu50-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"bbu50-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"9ttog\" data-offset-key=\"1dpbj-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"1dpbj-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"1dpbj-0-0\">This would be the annual breakdown of the number and
