Train with experts in the sector.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Before starting the procedures<\/strong> necessary to register a new worker, we must make the necessary <strong>next questions<\/strong> to be clear about where to start and the steps we must follow:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Are we registered in the economic activity in which the new team member will provide services?<\/li>\n<li>Do we already have a Social Security Contribution Account Code or on the contrary is it our first worker?<\/li>\n<li>Is the new worker affiliated with Social Security?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If the answer to all these questions is \u201cYES\u201d, the process is reduced to two simple steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Registration of the worker in Social Security<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Registration and Communication of the Employment Contract in the State Employment Service (SEPE)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If, on the other hand, the answer to some of the previous questions is negative, we will have to carry out these previous steps before starting to register a worker.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Register a worker: Registration of economic activity<\/strong><\/h2>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<ul>\n<li>Competent body: Tax Agency<\/li>\n<li>Application Model: Form 036 or 037. Census Declaration of Registration, Modification and Deletion in the Census of Entrepreneurs, Professionals and Retainers<\/li>\n<li>Form of presentation: It can be presented physically at the corresponding Tax Agency office or electronically through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agenciatributaria.gob.es\/AEAT.sede\/Ayuda\/G322.shtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" data-schema-attribute=\"\">Electronic Office<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>The most likely thing is that we are registered in the activity in which we want the new worker to start his profession with our company, but there may be cases in which it is <strong>necessary to register in a new<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cLet&#039;s imagine that we have an Engineering Study and that we want to expand our services by offering our clients construction services and we find ourselves in the need to hire someone for that new service. As an engineering studio we will be registered with the economic activity \u201cEngineering technical services\u201d with code 843.1, but it is not enough, to hire this new worker we will have to register in a new Economic Activity called \u201cBuilding and Civil Works\u201d with code 501.1\u201d\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>As the name of the <strong>models 036 and 037<\/strong> both serve to give us <strong>Registration in the Business Census<\/strong>, to communicate any modification or, to unsubscribe from said census. In our case, what we are going to do is register a new activity.<\/p>\n<p>Model 037 is a simplified version of model 036 and can be used as long as a series of requirements are met.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>How to obtain the Quote Account Code<\/strong><\/h2>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\u00b7 Competent body: General Treasury of Social Security<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Application model: Form TA.6 to request the main Quote Account Code and Form TA.7 to request the rest of the Account Codes that will be linked to the main one.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Form of presentation: We can present it physically at the office of the General Security Treasury closest to our tax domicile or, alternatively, electronically through the \u201cELECTRONIC OFFICE\u201d on the Treasury page.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>If it is about giving <strong>hire our first worker<\/strong>Possibly, we are not yet registered as entrepreneurs in Social Security and, therefore, we do not have a \u201c<strong>Contribution Account Code<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The Contribution Account Code is the number that the General Treasury of Social Security assigns us as self-employed workers or companies to identify ourselves and be able to <strong>control our obligations with it<\/strong>. This first Contribution Account Code will be the <strong><em>major <\/em><\/strong>and to him the <strong>rest<\/strong> of Codes that we must register in the future, for example, it will be necessary to register a Contribution Account Code in each of the provinces in which we carry out our activity, these new Codes will be linked to the main one.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Worker affiliation<\/strong><\/h2>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<ul>\n<li>Competent body: General Treasury of Social Security<\/li>\n<li>Document to present:: Model TA.1 \u201cApplication for Affiliation\/Social Security Number\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Form of presentation: electronically with the digital certificate through the \u201cELECTRONIC OFFICE\u201d of the Social Security Treasury page<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><strong>If we wish to register a worker who has never been registered<\/strong> In no other company will we have to <strong>apply for membership<\/strong>. In this case, the affiliation number will serve, like the company&#039;s Contribution Account Code, to give you a <strong>identification of the worker and control of their obligations and rights<\/strong> before Social Security.<\/p>\n<p>The worker&#039;s affiliation to the Social Security System <strong>it happens once in a lifetime<\/strong> and the assigned number will be <strong>unique and forever<\/strong> (just like our National Identification Document, but with Social Security), it will also be used for all Contribution Regimes.<\/p>\n<p>In this case, it will be our obligation as entrepreneurs to register this new member of the Social Security System.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Register a worker with Social Security<\/strong><\/h2>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<ul>\n<li>Competent body: General Treasury of Social Security<\/li>\n<li>Document to be presented:: Model TA.2 \u201cRequest for Registration, Deletion and Variation of data of the employed or similar worker\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Form of presentation: It is mandatory to present it electronically through the \u201cSocial Security Network System\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Presentation deadline: Prior to the start of the employment relationship with a maximum notice of 60 calendar days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Once we have carried out the previous steps or, well, we have verified that they are not necessary to carry out them, it is time to register our worker. For this we must carry out the <strong>application for registration to the General Treasury of Social Security<\/strong> through the \u201cSocial Security Network System\u201d, this procedure must be carried out <strong>Mandatory electronically.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>He <strong>\u201cNetwork System\u201d<\/strong> is a platform developed to facilitate communications between Social Security and companies or self-employed workers.
