LinkedIn has announced the update called\u00a0spotlights,<\/strong>\u00a0a new feature that is going to be incorporated into\u00a0Recruiter,<\/strong>\u00a0the platform's star personnel selection tool. Using the benefits of artificial intelligence, Spotlights will allow recruiters\u00a0reduce your search time,<\/strong>\u00a0highlighting candidates who are most likely to fit the position.<\/p>\n

Thanks to the\u00a0Artificial intelligence,<\/strong>\u00a0This new update prioritizes candidates based on knowledge including, for example, what types of jobs they are looking for and whether they are willing to be contacted by recruiters. This tool groups users into three different groups (Spotlights):<\/p>\n

Open candidates:<\/strong>\u00a0First, candidates who have shared their career interests and are open to new opportunities will be placed. A recent LinkedIn study reveals that users who have the "Job Interest" signal activated on their profiles are twice as likely to respond to an InMail message than other professionals.<\/p>\n

Former candidates:<\/strong>\u00a0The second group includes users who have started to fill out, but have not yet completed, a work application. This audience is usually still interested in the position and has\u00a0four times more chance<\/strong>\u00a0to reply to an InMail message.<\/p>\n

Likely to respond \/ Related to your Talent Brand:<\/strong>\u00a0The last group includes candidates who interact on the platform and have Career pages, company posts or updates, and filters among those who usually respond to InMail messages from selection technicians. This offers significant time savings, as when recruiters use this new feature, they will receive 64% more responses to the InMail messages they send.<\/p>\n

We recently celebrated LinkedIn's 15th anniversary, surpassing 10 million users in Spain, a figure that represents more than half of all employed professionals in Spain (18.54 million people working according to the latest data from the Ministry of Employment and Social Security). New updates to simplify your job search<\/h3>\n

In addition to the Spotlights update, LinkedIn will also be adding two new features: 'How You Match' and 'One-Click Apply'.<\/p>\n

The first of them will make it easier for candidates to know to what extent their profile fits the job they want to apply for. In this way, candidates will be able to quickly and easily assess whether they are suitable for a position, and this will lead to an increase in the quality of applications that the position will receive.<\/p>\n

For its part, 'One-Click Apply' will help recruiters analyze job applicants for a job more quickly, and without having to enter a profile. Thanks to checklists, the criteria that match the skills marked as essential for the application will be displayed, which will not need to be established by the recruiter, but will automatically be extracted from the job description.<\/p>\n
