This imbalance is allowed by the legislator and by the different European control authorities<\/strong> due to the enormous complexity involved in weighing the aforementioned interests and, in turn, taking into account that an excessively protectionist regulation for natural persons would prohibit the majority of new services and would mean an avalanche of legal obstacles<\/strong> that would act to the detriment of technological development in the digital field.<\/p>\n
