Nevertheless, <strong>it&#039;s not that easy<\/strong> making a group of people who work together become a true team. <strong>It requires attention, energy and constant work.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Do you want to know if you surround yourself with a real team?<\/h2>\n<p>If you want to know if you surround yourself with a true team, or rather you are a group of workers who work together, we show you how!<\/p>\n<p>Below, we show you a <strong>series of variables<\/strong> so you can make a diagnosis of your work department.<\/p>\n<p>At EIP we consider that this is what a team should have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Common goals<\/strong>, defined and known by everyone.<\/li>\n<li>Each one must <strong>Know your role and responsibility <\/strong>Within the group.<\/li>\n<li>Decisions must be made jointly.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Flexibility<\/strong> in management style to adapt to changing environments.<\/li>\n<li>As in all social situations, there will be disagreements.
