The European Union Institute for Security Studies (EUISS) is the EU agency that analyzes foreign, security and defense policy issues. \u2013 University degree or equivalent in international law, politics, international relations or any other discipline relevant to the assignment;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Minimum 8 years of work experience in the area of international\/European security sector policy, research or program management;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Minimum 5 years of work experience in the area of international\/European cybersecurity policy, preferably with a focus on global and regional cyberspace\/cyber capacity building processes.<\/p>\n

The Main responsibilities<\/strong> of the person hired, among others, would be:<\/p>\n

\u2013 Polish and implement a field research methodology to collect project information and a methodology to collect recommendations to improve coordination and knowledge\/experience sharing during mapping field research;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Report information about new projects and relevant publications to the Cybil Portal as research progresses;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Conduct a maximum of two workshops (including event logistics, preparing the agenda, moderating the meeting and summary notes);<\/p>\n

\u2013 Generate a report on the trends identified in the cartographic database;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Advise solid and usable recommendations to improve future coordination and exchange of knowledge and experience;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Keep interested parties informed and form an informal international network of organizations interested in sharing and using project information;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Partnering with data visualization expert and Cybil Portal to propose how you will integrate the online project visualization tool and with data visualization expert to include charts, maps and graphs in the trend report and produce the article online that you will communicate the findings to a non-expert audience;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Communicate findings and recommendations to the Contracting Authority.<\/p>\n

Said agreement would extend from September 15, 2020 to March 1, 2021, about 70 days with a remuneration<\/strong> total for this service that will be adjusted according to the candidate's experience, but, will not exceed 38,500 euros<\/strong>s.<\/p>\n
