It is essential that these systems are well designed and effective, in addition to being aligned with legal requirements.<\/p>\n<p>However, it is not only about avoiding a criminal or economic impact for organizations.\u00a0 <em>Extra legem<\/em>, it is an indisputable issue that the correct implementation and monitoring of a Management System <em>Compliance<\/em> It brings great benefits to organizations.
