This will be the person (or people) in charge of modeling according to the criteria established in the BEP (BIM Execution Plan).<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>functions and responsibilities<\/strong> of the BIM Modeler are:<\/p>\n<p>-It must be a person <strong>specialized in construction<\/strong>, since the idea is <strong><em>model how it is built<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>-You will be the one who provides fundamental information for all disciplines involved using BIM software tools.<\/p>\n<p>-Coordinates and reviews your work with architects, engineers, advisors, contractors and suppliers.
