This webinar aims to analyze Law 2\/2023 on whistleblower protection and how it is being implemented in different companies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Law establishes the obligation to report when you become aware of potential violations or crimes within the company and constitutional bodies. However, this is not always done because it could harm the company. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, what to do?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, the documents companies are required to submit in response to a court order will be analyzed.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
